Psalm 54:6-7^;  I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good. For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.

Lord Jesus, I thank You for delivering me out of trouble and for keeping the enemy far away from me.

 ¹Save me, O God, by thy name, and judge me by thy strength.
 ²Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.
 ³For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah.
 ⁴Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.
 ⁵He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.
 ⁶I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good.

Psalm 53:4-Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

Lord Jesus, Help me not to be counted among the workers of iniquities, but to trust in and call upon You in my day of trouble knowing that You will save me.

Psalm 53:1-6  (King James Version)

 ¹The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
 ²God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
 ³Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
 ⁴Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.
 ⁵There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.
 ⁶Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
