In this life, you are not alone,
You have a love that is your very own.
God’s mercy and grace are interwoven.
Of your transgressions, you will be forgiven;
So work with love as unto the Lord,
It is from Him that you will get your reward.
Though weeping may endure for a night,
Joy will come with the morning light.
† † †
The Lord will make you plenteous
In the work of your hand.
This is your blessing because you
Follow God and not man.
The Lord is your shield and the
Lifter up of your head.
No evil will befall you,
This is what He Said.
Joy and happiness are yours each and every day,
As God faithfully leads you in His right way.
Obedience to God, this is the reason,
That you bring forth fruit in your due season.
In His shadow, with you all things will be well.
Under the wings of the Almighty you now safely dwell,
The Lord is your Shepherd, you shall want not.
All that you need, the Shepherd has got.
